WMA to text converter? (Not just voice to text)?

I have a voice recorder, Olympus WS-400S, which stores recordings in .WMA (Windows Media Audio) format.

I have tried Microsoft’s built in “speech” feature, but that only works with a microphone attached to a computer.

I would like a direct converter that would transform pre-existing .WMA FILES to text – I want to get transcripts of a conversation.

I’m sure there is software out there… can you please give me a list of software that accomplishes this? (freeware, shareware, premium)

frankly speaking, it’s so hard to realize such a cool function.
