Is this cpu spec good for doing school work/surfing net/gaming?

how mush will you charge ?

Good choices with the MOBO, CPU and the RAM. they are all good at stock speeds and can (if you wanted) overclock very well.

possibly the only thing i would change would be the case, probably spend a little extra on an Antec 900 they are brilliant cases and provide excellent cooling.
The power supply is also ok but i would probably go for a Hiper or Corsair as i use them a lot in system builds.
The graphics card is again Ok but i would personally go for either a AMD/ATI 4850 or the 9800GTX they will give you a bit more bang per buck. however it depends on what resolution your playing games at.
Also you might want a third party CPU cooler, something like the
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. its cheap and very effective.
